Pamela Verkuilen, APNP

Pamela E. Verkuilen, APNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner and an advanced practice nurse prescriber (APNP). She serves patients at NeuroSpine Center of Wisconsin in Appleton, Oshkosh, North Fond du Lac, and Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

Pam is a Wisconsin native and still resides in the Winneconne area with her family. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and her Master of Science in nursing from the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh. 

She began her nursing career in the emergency department and later moved into occupational health nursing, where she developed a strong interest in back pain and other spinal disorders. Pam has over 20 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in orthopedic spine surgery in the Fox Valley.

In her role as a nurse practitioner in spine surgery at NeuroSpine Center of Wisconsin, Pam works in collaboration with Orthopedic Spine Surgeon William S. Bodemer to deliver high-quality, comprehensive evaluation and treatment to patients with spinal disorders.

Pam prides herself in being accessible to patients via phone and office encounters. She is skilled in treating a broad range of spine problems, including herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, spinal fracture, spondylolisthesis, and other nerve compression and spinal instability issues. 

Pam appreciates the opportunity to get to know patients and families and believes that it improves the quality and continuity of care that she delivers.
