Matt Melotte, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist in Appleton and Green Bay, WI.

Matt Melotte, PT, DPT, CMTPT, is a licensed physical therapist with more than a decade of experience helping patients improve pain, function, and quality of life. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Carroll University in 2013 after completing his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Edgewood College.

Matt specializes in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including chronic pain, spinal disorders, and sports/recreational related injuries. He is certified in myofascial trigger point therapy and advanced dry needling and also serves as an assistant instructor for Myopain Seminars, helping educate other healthcare professionals in these techniques.

His treatment philosophy centers on providing individualized, evidence-based care while building meaningful one-on-one relationships with patients. By combining advanced manual therapy techniques, osteopathic assessment, dry needling, targeted movement strategies, and patient education, Matt develops personalized treatment plans designed to restore mobility, reduce pain, and help patients return to the activities they enjoy.

Matt is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of physical therapists as a clinical instructor. His background in nutrition and whole-person wellness further supports his comprehensive approach to rehabilitation, with an emphasis on both recovery and long-term health.

Outside of the clinic, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He loves being outdoors, whether he’s at the family cabin, kayaking, biking, playing soccer, or continuing his own health and fitness journey.
